JPC is run by a Board of Directors that reports quarterly to the Member of the Mayoral Committee (MMC) of the Economic Development Cluster. All members of the Board, except the Chief Executive Officer, are non-executive directors. The Board appoints the Chief Executive Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of the Joburg Property Company. The Chief Executive Officer is assisted by the executive team.
