Melville 27 Boxes
With a total investment value of R 20 000 000, completed in July 2015, the Melville 27 Boxes, erected from recycled shipping containers boasts a 2 400 m² retail centre created to enhance the lives of the community and in support of local entrepreneurs.

Newtown Wedge
This 148-room hotel situated in Phase II of the Newtown Junction is a key project earmarked to revitalise the precinct as a heritage and cultural destination.
