CSD Registration (Central Supplier Database)
The establishment of the CSD will result in one single database to serve as the source of all supplier information for all spheres of government, i.e. national, provincial and local government. The purpose of centralising government’s supplier database is to reduce duplication of effort and cost for both suppliers and government while enabling electronic procurement processes.
Joburg Property Company (JPC) is a municipal entity, and will be part to the CSD. Service providers are urged to register on the CSD as Joburg Property Company (JPC) will not accept new database applications from 1 July 2016.
Approved bidders details is captured on the Joburg Property Company (JPC) Database once an award has been finalised.
