The Joburg Property Company held a workshop for interested attendees to provide information on some of the funding options available for property investors. Indigo Kulani Group (IKG), Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA), Standard Bank, the Trust for Urban Housing Finance (TUHF) and the JPC shared information on a number of topics namely JPC Development work across the regions which will be available on tender. Some of these jobs will be advertised in February in the media and on the JPC website and social media platforms.

The funders whose presentations are attached spoke to the product offerings. The discussions on the JPC Social Media pages have shown us the requirement to have a second session, a date will be communicated soon.
